Nissan of Bradenton

Purchased a new Rogue I had leased my last Rogue (2016) at Gettel of Sarasota. When I inquired about purchasing the vehicle at the termination of the the lease I was infor I had leased my last Rogue (2016) at Gettel of Sarasota. When I inquired about purchasing the vehicle at the termination of the the lease I was informed of a $899 buy out fee in addition to a $350 fee from Nissan finance. I expected the $350 fee from Nissan finance as it was in my lease contract but was blindsided by the $899 fee being charged by the Gettel dealership. I was able to ascertain that this additional "junk" fee was to sway me to lease or buy another vehicle from Gettel. I felt that this was disingenuous and decided to visit another dealership. I went to Nissan of Bradenton and they stated there was no such "junk" fee at their dealership if I wanted to buy my vehicle. I then inquired about leasing a new Rogue and they offered me better terms than Gettel and gave me an addendum to my new lease which stated there would be no additional fees beyond what was stated in the lease if I decided to purchase the lease at termination. I have been in sales my entire life and purchasing a vehicle is not an enjoyable experience. I can honestly state it was a pleasure working with Nissan of Bradenton. More
