Brenda, I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the previous owner and their employees. It sounds as though they misled you. We are not the company that you leased these vehicles from. You may not be aware but we just recently purchased the Nissan store from the Firkins Automotive Group who was the company you originally leased your vehicles from 3 years ago.. At that time it sounds like you may have worked with Shamio who is no longer part of our organization. I promise you that our organization is different. I would like the opportunity to discuss this further with you and respectfully ask that you remove this survey as we were not the company you originally did business with.
