when others did not respond I wanted to return the leased 2015 Altama that expired January 31st. I had contacted Nissan dealers in Minnesota and Florida and provided them with I wanted to return the leased 2015 Altama that expired January 31st. I had contacted Nissan dealers in Minnesota and Florida and provided them with the specifics of the old vehicle and the new transaction. The dealer in Minnesota was not responsive for 2 months , and the first dealer in Florida was the same. The Bradenton dealer was anxious and willing to work with us and we were able to come to a satisfactory conclusion for both us and the dealer. Bradenton Nissan was also the friendliest and every employee made eye contact and greeted us where others dealers ignored our presence. More

Their sales department is very dishonest. We had a written contract lease for 15,000 miles a year due to my job and they refused to honor it. They also charge us for four new tires that I didn’t have put on at the end of the lease because I wasn’t going to pay for tires on a car that I was not going to have. And when they gave me a quote on the tires it was for $500. But they charged us $600 after turning the car in for the same tires. We fought them until it was going to our credit and then we just paid them. Apparently the salesman had ripped us off. That was after we had bought five trucks in a van from them including leasing the car for three years. More

She was very proactive not only about taking care of the car, but in keeping me in the loop, plus went out of her way to secure me a loaner while mine was in the shop. Car came out running like new...on a scale of ten I give her an eleven. More
