I bought a used Nissan Rogue from University Nissan. Josh lied to me about where the car was originally from. He sold me the car with the understanding it had new brakes and tires that had only been "driven lied to me about where the car was originally from. He sold me the car with the understanding it had new brakes and tires that had only been "driven around the lot", after purchasing the car and driving it for a day the brakes started making noise when I called Josh told me the breaks have 30% life. My car had been "detailed" well it started to smell I called and said I thought it might have a leak and Josh said he would call me back and never returned my call.I decided to take it to the dealership and I finally got Josh and Rob to look at it and they found that it had spilled milk from the previous owner and they tried to blame it on me! They also discovered there was dead bugs in my car!! The only person that has been helpful through all of this is Lee Parker, Josh Briggs never gave me paper work or a copy of my sale agreement I called and talked to Lee and he told me to come see him and he printed all new paper work and was super helpful! I am already looking at trading my car before I have more issues out of it. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone I know!! More

I had a great experience as a first time buyer of a new car. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and they worked with me to get it at a price that I could afford. Paid an extra $1000 for armor guard. In the process they damaged my passenger side mirror and would not replace it. Go to Cross Road Nissan of Hickory to purchase your next Nissan. That's what I did. I LOVE this place. Whenever I get my 2008 Nissan Frontier serviced there I swear it runs good as new afterward. I used to hate going to get my truck serviced because I am very trusting and get taken advantag serviced there I swear it runs good as new afterward. I used to hate going to get my truck serviced because I am very trusting and get taken advantage of all the time. I am a blonde woman, so everyone just assumes I'm a flaming idiot. Well, the good folks at Nissan of Boone know how to treat you right. They take the time to listen to your issues and do NOT try to sell you some gizmo or unwanted, unnecessary item. They get to the root of the problem and do not rip you off. I never feel bad about myself after I leave like I do other places. I swear, other dealerships in Boone make you feel like the world's dumbest car owner!! They did not even flinch when I asked them about a squirrel I ran over the other day (I was worried it was stuck in the undercarriage). THANK YOU NISSAN ON BOONE. YOU ROCK! More
The service was absolutely remarkable. They let me know exactly what I wanted to hear without crowding me with unnecessary attention yet were there to always tell me and interesting points about the cars I exactly what I wanted to hear without crowding me with unnecessary attention yet were there to always tell me and interesting points about the cars I was interested in. The new building is pretty nice but I do miss the character of their old place. More
the worst dealership ever do not go unless you want to be ripped off. they don't care about there customers. i bought a Nissan titan and a 2300$ warranty and after i drove it off the lot i had almost 7000.00 ripped off. they don't care about there customers. i bought a Nissan titan and a 2300$ warranty and after i drove it off the lot i had almost 7000.00 worth of things that went wrong. and they told me i had to wait 30 days before my warranty kicked in "which was a lie" and they wouldn't give me a truck for a rental. after 30m days i called back in and they still didn't order the parts. after another week they finally called and said it was fixed so i went and stayed there all day cause it still wasn't fixed. now I am still in a broke truck and they were suppose to call a week ago to fix my truck and guess what still no call. they have no clue what they are doing or how to run a business. this place is a joke and a bunch of kids run the place. they also ran my wife's credit 15 times in two days and the bank said they ruined it. it dropped 70 points, and they were not given permission to run it that many times. please don't go. I spent over a year of searching and researching various automobiles in anticipation of my next purchase. I typically pulled into dealerships in a very old pickup and usually wearing faded jeans and old t-s automobiles in anticipation of my next purchase. I typically pulled into dealerships in a very old pickup and usually wearing faded jeans and old t-shirts and as a result was either ignored completely or not taken very seriously with most dealerships in Boone, NC. The only exceptions were University Nissan and Boone Ford. I do feel it important to mention that the folks at Boone Ford were very kind, respectful, and professional, but Ford Motor Co. prices were not compatible with Nissan, however, if I was set on purchasing a Ford I would do it in Boone. The folks at University Nissan were the most patient I had ever met. Buying a car usually means spending tens of thousands of dollars yet most sales men treat the situation as though you were buying clothes at Walmart. "Just pick something and buy it." At University Nissan I spoke with Steve Bussell and told him my situation and expectations, based on that he assigned a salesman for me. I visited the dealership time after time after time. When my salesman was off, Justin Mitchell would greet me and help me regardless of how long it took and knowing full well the sale would be going to someone else. All questions were answered, even if it took some digging, my son was entertained as i shopped, I was allowed, no encouraged, to test drive each and every vehicle I was remotely interested in until I KNEW which car I wanted. When the time was right the staff found the exact car I wanted and, even after all the work they had done with me for over a year, they cut the price and were able to get it well below book value. My salesman, Curt Hunter gave me financing advise based less on making a sale and more on what was best for me and my credit score in the long term. Although I was originally planning to purchase a new car, i bought a used one because that was the best for me and my life. I would not have been as informed or able to make that decision if not for the staff at University Nissan. Since my purchase I have had questions about several things, needed additional equipment, and inquired about certain capabilities. Even though at that point everyone knew i was no longer purchasing a car I was treated as I always had been. No actually, I was treated better, and I realized I had become part of the University Nissan family. So there it is, after 20 months or so of car shopping, the day came when I pulled out of their dealership with an incredible new (to me) car as well as some absolutely wonderful new friends. I More
