Exceptional Customer Service!! I came to University Nissan after dealing with a local dealership that, to put it lightly, treated me like I was an idiot. As soon as I showed up at U I came to University Nissan after dealing with a local dealership that, to put it lightly, treated me like I was an idiot. As soon as I showed up at University Nissan I was greeted by Josh who I quickly explained my previous experience to and within minutes we were sitting in his office talking numbers. I had spent two days at the first local dealership trying to tell them I was not paying the outrageous amount they came out with after falling in love with the 2014 Nissan Sentra. Josh understood my situation and immediately introduced me to the manager, Steve. Steve was beyond courteous and since I'm a visual person, he showed me his computer where everything was calculated-my down payment, interest rate, monthly payments, etc. There were no secrets and the first monthly payment he offered me was already lower than the first place I had been after 2 days of negotiating! Neither of them put any pressure on me to make a decision and I even told them I would have bought my car here regardless if he was a little higher on the price because they made up for everything with the level of customer service they provided. My allergies were giving me a fit that day and they even went as far as bringing me a pack of Kleenex's and a trash can so I felt more comfortable! As a former Customer Service Manager, I'm a firm believer in how you treat a customer and this dealership definitely knows how to win someone over. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends that are in the market for a new car. The next day when I went back to pick up my shiny new ride (since it was transferred from another dealership) Josh sat in the car with me going over all the latest technology and made sure I was comfortable with all the car's new features before I left. Even while I was waiting outside to leave, the Service Manager (apologies as I do not remember his name) came and introduced himself, congratulated me on my new purchase, and assured me they would take care of me and my car whenever needed. I give this dealership a perfect rating because that is exactly what they earned! Thank you to everyone there-- Keep up the good work! More

From the physical facility -- a clean, modern, spacious showroom and a glass window in the customer lounge that allows you to "peek behind the curtain" into the service bays -- to the friendly, knowledgeable and caring sales staff (even the ones NOT involved in your transaction), it is apparent that University Nissan in Boone takes great pride in their work and their business. I loved the transparency. There was one point in this transaction where it became obvious that I had chosen a vehicle more along the lines of what I WANTED rather than what I needed or could afford. I ended up with the perfect fit. Without being pushy, they got me into a different model and made me feel great about that decision. I look forward to an ongoing relationship for both my personal needs and my business needs. More

The Juke suits me to perfection and now that the timing chain issue has been resolved (as in a newer stronger chain and associated components installed for free) I can trust it to go at least 200K miles. I didn't even have to wait around for the chain and other maintenance as they had a brand new loaner car available. I've bought nearly three dozen new cars over many years from most all manufacturers and this is the brand and dealership I'm most impressed with! These guys are the greatest! Just give them a chance and they'll take great care of you and your car (special thanks to Mason) . Same goes for Nissan; they aren't perfect but they always do the right thing for their customers. Came in with a truck that wouldn't run b/c squirrels had chewed a wire under the hood. they told me in order to fix it the damaged wire, they had to order an entire tune-up kit which included the wire s had chewed a wire under the hood. they told me in order to fix it the damaged wire, they had to order an entire tune-up kit which included the wire so I had them do it. Found out later they could've easily just replaced the wire. I was charged $500. More
I have driven a Nissan for many years.
