I purchased a 2020 Nissan Sentra in July of 2020. The sales person and the finance person were Hispanic and I don’t speak English fluently so we spoke In Spanish. The finance person lied to me about my loan options he got me above 9.1 % interest with my credit score being above 6.5 points. He told me that he couldn’t get another bank to finance the vehicle. He knew I wanted the car and he also told me to go back in a year and he was going to lower my payments to almost half. I wasn’t completely informed about how everything works. I went back to the dealership and to my surprise the finance person is not longer there.naw I’m stuck with a car payment of $615.00 for a Nissan Sentra. And Nissan claims that they can’t do anything about it More
I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership EVER again! They are dishonest and sold me a car with transmission issues! I purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima SR on 09/16/2019. The vehicle dealership EVER again! They are dishonest and sold me a car with transmission issues! I purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima SR on 09/16/2019. The vehicle had just been returned the same day as a lease from the previous owner. I spent the entire day, until closing, in attempt to finalize sales. I was told that I needed to bring the vehicle in the following day to be inspected. I went back to Bay Shore Nissan with the vehicle on 09/17/2019 to have the vehicle inspected. I spent numerous hours in the waiting area with my 2 year old niece and was told that it was taking a little longer than expected. I was offered a rental. The following day I received a phone call that the car was ready. On 08/25/2021 my check engine light came on. I took my car to Bay Shore Nissan to be serviced on 08/27/2021 at 8:15 am and was told that the transmission needed to be rebuilt at 33K miles. This was covered under warranty so the transmission was “rebuilt” in eight hours and was ready the same day. I had my reservations regarding this and called the service tech. The following day I visited a trustworthy Honda dealership and a car fax was run on the 2016 Nissan Altima SR. Apparently the day I purchased the vehicle, it could not pass emissions inspection. It failed a total of 5 times between 09/16/2019 and 09/17/2019. Instead of being honest about this and letting me know they continued to try to fix this issue and drive the car around until it would pass. I now had to trade in a car that I purchased less than two years ago with a rebuilt transmission and had to come out of pocket because I owe more than the car is worth. I’ve been a loyal customer with Atlantic Nissan as well as Bay Shore Nissan. NEVER AGAIN. I can promise you that. More

I am in fact another customer that wishes I can rate 0 starts. This is my experience with their disaster of a service department. For starters, Prepare to spend HOURS here; whether it’s an oil change, ins starts. This is my experience with their disaster of a service department. For starters, Prepare to spend HOURS here; whether it’s an oil change, inspection, etc. What’s the point of having an appointment if you have to spend hours here for something that should take 30 minutes. You’re told “any minute now” for hours. (I once spent 3 hours here for a scheduled oil change- yea you read that correctly) On another occasion, I made an apt for a service & inspection. They did the inspection before servicing my car- obviously resulting in a failed inspection and they tried to make me pay for it twice! Wouldn’t any good/respectable mechanic service your vehicle before the inspection? Not here. I lease a 2019 and came here for an oil change and they tried suckering me into paying for new tires, brakes, and filters (I’ve had the car for a little over a year really!?) Also came here with my tires aligned perfectly and left with them off and they tried to charge me for the alignment adjustment that they caused by rotating my tires! (I did see tons of reviews saying they scam you into paying for unnecessary services/ hidden fees). If they ask, say NO to their $180 alignment that they don’t tell you the price of until after it’s completed. Note- they charge you $500 if you don’t lease with them again (in the fine print). If you’re bored and enjoy spending the entirety of your day in a dealership, this place is for you! Also heard the service manager Joe call multiple female employees a b**** which was very unprofessional and distasteful to say in front on customers especially for a manager. Worst experience with a service/ dealer I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs. More
Beware of the unethical, and unprofessional sales tactics, at Nissan Of Bayshore. Basically, my 2020 Altima Sr 2.5 is worth only 16k, and somehow I owe 26k. They are liars, when they said they would pay remaining payments on my existing lease, they rolled it into the Altima. How else do you wind up in a lease with 10k negative equity. Definitely keep your gaurd up, if you choose to purchase a vehicle from them, I wouldn't! Do your research, don't rely on young money hungry deviants with your money. They just care about the sale, and not the consumer. Then they try to lure you back in to spend more money, and essentially destroyed my credit. With there V.I.P letter. It's all b.s. Yeah, we want to buy back your vehicle, and give me 20% over book value, its still not enough to dig me out of the hole you left me in financially. I recently purchased a used Nissan Rogue. I have been waiting for a spare key since the purchase. 1st I was told that they are trying to get the extra key from the previous owner, unsuccessful. The sales person, Josef, said at his expense he was having a key made up because that is what he does for his customers and that it would be ready weds 3/10. Well here we are 3/16 and no key. More

He went above and beyond including helping me get my refund back from the Lease that I over Paid. We were in constant touch And answered all of my questions. The transition from one car to the other was very simple. Stopped in for an oil change. Took over an hour & not to mention, while sitting in the waiting room, not one male employee was wearing their mask the correct way or at all.
