No, thank you. You can’t be as nearly regretful as me. Displeased is an understatement. It's more like completely disgusted and angry. There is nothing you can do for me. Perhaps you should hire honest employees. I no longer have the lemon Nissan of Bay Shore sold me and I take it as a lesson learned. That being said, I will be contacting corporate. My family and I will never be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership again. Honesty goes a long way and unfortunately that is lacking here. You don't take advantage of your customers, especially loyal customers, just to put a dollar in your pocket. The fact that this dealership let me leave with a car knowing it had transmission issues (I have the car fax as proof) is completely unethical. Good riddance.

I finally received my spare key today, after a 2 month wait. Just prior to today’s “KEY APPOINTMENT” the salesman called me to tell me there is a service and activation charge? I think he new I wasn’t going to pay but had to try I guess. Just a few comments: 1st, How could you sell a car with no spare key. 2nd, How could you sell a car and expect the customer to pay for a spare key. 3rd, never mention over the 2 month waiting period for the spare key that there are charges associated, 4th, 2 months for a spare key to come in, seriously, 5th, I hope you don’t expect the Salesman to pay the expense That would be unjust. And I was supposed to get cargo covers, which I mentioned to the salesman today, I guess there is a waiting period associated for that, but I’ll cut my looses. I’ll be in the market for another car this August, but unfortunately I will not step foot in your doors again. The Salesman is nice kid and is probably just getting caught up in the “ Sell Sell Sell” but repeat business is important along with sincerity. I have purchased 5 Chevrolets in the past 4 years but my daughter liked the Rogue, so what the heck, but Chevy here I come.
