I told them I wanted no joes than 450 a month payment . Salesman said no problem Nissan Murano 1 year old also 2021 not even a 2022 after they made me leave a 500.00 deposit and cancel my insurance on my car and put new insurance on the Murano thinking they are giving me a great deal it was a big secret until the very end walked into financing and they tried to get me for a 900.00 a month payment wtfffffff are you kidding me lease too not even finance I flipped out then they got nasty w me . Manager tarique beware he’s a con man he then said oh we can do the 450 a month for you no worries Nissan will help you out w the payment I said ohhhh wow what happened a miracle he said no it’s just for 12 months but you must pay on time . I said dude I always pay online I said what happens after 12 months well tarique thought I was a dumb woman and figured I would cave in and say ok but little did he know I knew his little scam after the 12 Months I would be paying the 900.00 a month for a lease . I demanded my deposit back and wanted a written statement that there was no deal hw refused to give me anything . Said call the owner nice manager beware they have a big scam going on go on their Facebook page everything I said here happened to sooo many people . Notice also how they turned commenting off on their page and no reviews can be made . This dealership needs to be shut down . I will take this to the News media , attorney general and I’m reaching out to the owner of the dealership . They all need to be fired !!!! More

Was there for 4.5 hours - was shown one car which they said that's all they had. Couldn't get any answers on financing. We were treated disrespectfully so we left and ended up at South Shore Nissan. DECEPTIVE DEALERSHIP- “0” stars -Hubby and I went in on DECEPTIVE DEALERSHIP- “0” stars - Hubby and I went in on 11/14/21 and spoke with salesman Z and his boss Simon. We were looking to lease a Nissan Rog DECEPTIVE DEALERSHIP- “0” stars - Hubby and I went in on 11/14/21 and spoke with salesman Z and his boss Simon. We were looking to lease a Nissan Rogue Sport AWD as my 10+ year old car that i own outright needed to be replaced. We did not buy a car that night but Simon offered us a deal we couldn’t pass up. My husband contacted Z on Tuesday 11/16/21and agreed on a $3000 down payment and a specific monthly payment and i went in on Wednesday 11/17/21 to pick up my car. Mind u Z increased the monthly lease payment by $10 in a 24 hour span stating “ you are not going to lose out on a deal for $10?”After waiting for a bit, A manager came out and said “ this is too low of a deal. You need to put more money down.” I repeated that I would only pay the amount agreed upon on 11/16/21 as a down payment and monthly payment. Z came back a short time later and had me sign paperwork agreeing to price from 11/16/21. I signed paperwork to start the process because I only had to pay $10 more than the monthly payment that was agreed upon on 11/16/21. The down payment remained at $3000. No big deal. I was able to transfer all the items from my old car to the new one and the plates/registration were also transferred. The car insurance company was called and the new car was insured. I finally got to meet with the accountant to sign and drive away after aitting there for nearly 3 hours. I was told by the accountant that i now had to put $6000 down($3000 down payment and $3000 in fees). I declined. The same manager who spoke with me earlier in the AM said “ we can work with this number “ and decreased it to approx $5000 down($3000 agreed to plus approx. $2000 for fees). I declined to pay this amount as paying greater than the amount agreed to ($3000 down) was never discussed until the car leasing process was almost finalized. I was told to wait for Simon which i did. I did not care to say anything to Simon except to put the plates back on my old car and cancel everything because i felt like i was deceived and baited and switched. NYS Attorney General James will be getting an email about my experience and the deceptive sale’s practices of this dealership. I went to another car company’s dealership and from the moment I sat down I was treated respectfully and honestly without deception. To make matters worse, i was talking with my neighbor about my experience and she said she had the same experience with Nissan of Bay Shore that i did-the agreed upon money down increased drastically once she went to finalize her car deal. Needless to say she and i both walked out without a Nissan. I hope that others can save their time and money by learning from my experience and go to a more honest and upfront car company . More
The worst.. Total waste of time. Everything took forever and we weren't interested in the vehicle we had come to test drive which we made clear. they then tried to sell us another higher priced veh forever and we weren't interested in the vehicle we had come to test drive which we made clear. they then tried to sell us another higher priced vehicle which we also weren't interested in. Very hard to get out of there. Worst of all they didnt return my driver's license. Took 3 days, 6 calls and 3 messages to get someone to even acknowledge they had it sitting on their desk. My next call is to the police if my license it not returned. More
Very tricky and very slow, liars, 20k car try to sell you for 30k with adding all games of this insurance and that plan , then eventually after 6hours of going back and forth came out with different manager for 30k with adding all games of this insurance and that plan , then eventually after 6hours of going back and forth came out with different manager who played games and tricks, then comes to financing games and tricks, then played another game and took all the mats and bumper guards and spare tire from the car. When I had found a car i was interested in purchasing, they wouldn't give me the full price of the car, with taxes and fees, but tried to get me to put down a $10,000 down payment anyway. I have also been trying to get a 2nd key that I was promised for 2 weeks now, and they gave me the run around and even the manager who promised the key as condition of the purchase tried to say they never do that. I never thought to check reviews for a car dealership before, but I really wish I had. Im just glad its not a lease so once i get my secobd key I never have to speak to them again! More

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I went to this dealership and spent almost 5 hours there on Saturday. Put a down payment of $3,000 down on a car and was returning on Monday (since the bank was already closed at that p almost 5 hours there on Saturday. Put a down payment of $3,000 down on a car and was returning on Monday (since the bank was already closed at that point) to take the car. I called my insurance company and insured the car, got my bank check and headed over to the dealership on the time we had agreed upon on Saturday. After sitting for 1/2 hour, I was told there was a problem. The manager told me that there was a “mix up” with the VIN #s and that the car had been sold to someone else! I checked my insurance card and the vin on the car (it was still on the lot) and they matched! He would produce no proof that the car was sold before the date i purchased, and then they brought two cars around with less mileage for me to test drive saying they would “work with the price” since they made a mistake. I test drove the first and refused the second until we spoke about $. They did NOT work anything out with the price after the test drive and I wound up walking out of there with no car, a useless bank check (that cost me$15) and a headache with my insurance company. Corporate was useless telling me that they are independently owned blah blah blah. I am actually in the process of trying to get the money back for my bank check. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I PUT MY STORY ON FACEBOOK AND APPARENTLY THEY DO THIS ALLLLLL THE TIME!!!! More
