BUYERS BEWARE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased a vehicle from this unprofessional dealership about a year and a half ago. At the time of trade in we were told that we would get more fo I purchased a vehicle from this unprofessional dealership about a year and a half ago. At the time of trade in we were told that we would get more for our trade in than what they actually put down on paper. Also, we could have gotten a MUCH BETTER DEAL somewhere else (always do your research before purchasing a vehicle). I have been calling this place for over 2 months now inquiring about the process to get my GAP insurance refunded and they will NOT return any of my phone calls. I have also emailed the floor supervisor with no response. To top it all off, each time I call the receptionist hangs up on me after laughing and placing me on hold. She’s absolutely incompetent and useless! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY AND GO TO A REAL (& PROFESSIONAL!!!!!) CAR DEALERSHIP!
