DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE I purchased a brand new 2016 Nissan Sentra a few months ago, my salesman was Rueban Jones. After I purchased my vehicle, I received a call from Rueban I purchased a brand new 2016 Nissan Sentra a few months ago, my salesman was Rueban Jones. After I purchased my vehicle, I received a call from Rueban Rueban tried to bribe me. Rueban said "there will be a survey sent to you, if you give me five stars then I will allow you to come and get two free gas fill-ups from the nissan dealership" I said no either you earned the five stars honestly or not at all. Fast forward I realized I didn't have center caps, I called the dealership and I was informed that I would be able to come to the dealership and get them. I arrived today 3/6/2017 and was informed by the floor manager Antwan mcgee that there was nothing that he would do to help me, he was rude and uncaring. I will never purchase from this dealership again. I advise anyone searching for a vehicle to stay away from this place. The salesman are crooked thieves. The floor manager was an unprofessional Jack xxx...STAY AWAY!!!! More

BEWARE!!! RUN in the opposite direction!!!!! I purchased a 2014 Nissan Sentra SL exactly 2 years ago. I came in to have a noise checked at only 25,000 miles, 3 tmes in less than a week and was to I purchased a 2014 Nissan Sentra SL exactly 2 years ago. I came in to have a noise checked at only 25,000 miles, 3 tmes in less than a week and was told nothing was wrong. I went to a different dealership and they immediately told me I needed a new transmission!!! It was covered by the 60K warranty, but how could the Union City Service team not know it was the transmission?!!? I will NEVER go back for service or anything else!!! More

After some negotiations Deangelo and I had come to a price agreement, which i have both in writing and recorded on voicemail. After settling on an out the door price, I began making arrangements with my bank to purchase the vehicle. Upon requesting Deangelo send some information over to my credit union, he informed me that he couldn't sell the vehicle at our agreed upon price. He then added 2k to the out the door price and proceeded to tell me how great of a deal I was still getting. Awful experience, wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. More
Whole story not told. I went in the rent to own program. As I was approved, I could't get a car do to there being a mileage cap on the car in this program. I met all the requirements that they advertised but still have no car. I delt with Ms. Chambers who wasn't the nicest person and act like she didn't have time for me. I will be going to the BBB and ensure thier advertisement is legal. More

I learned the car needed a battery and he was trying to find a jump. (Smh) In addition the rear tire was going flat including several other things. Obviously the car was in no condition to be test driven. I was told to wait a few minutes so the service team can fix the minor repairs 40 mins later the car still didn't make it to the service garage. The sales manager suggested three other vehicles to view two was already sold! Don't waste you time nor your money here for bad service. More

She lied to me and never gave my money back I came in to the dealership with an issue of my vehicle making a click sound. I thought it was Mounts and told her that information. She advised me that there is a charge of $80.00 dollars to check the issue to see what the problem is. I got a call back stating that my barrings on the passenger side was bad. I have extended warranty that covers the cost with zero deductible. She told me that they didn't cover everything but later after I called USAA, they said they paid for everything in full. I got charged taxes on Labor and parts. She owes me money back and when she seen me the other day, she avoided the conversation nor did she say hi after a while of me texting her to get the job completed. Yet again her quote to me was to high on the mounts to be replaced that I would have been paying more money. I went to a different service advisor and got the work done. My USAA account paid the cost and I didn't come out my pocket for nothing. That makes you wonder about this lady. She is profiting off the lies, charging taxes on labor, not following up and avoids speaking when she knows she was wrong...... More
