Let’s first start off with the Salesman D’Nario , such a great man , but he rushed me the entire time & failed to even go over the paperwork with me, he didn’t read anything correctly he just threw the papers in my face & I found additional add ons to the purchase that wasn’t necessary. Secondly, I have a credit score higher than 760, I was first informed I would have a set payment , after being close to signing paperwork, I was informed immediately after I would have a $5,000 loan I would have to pay off within 6 months by scanning the “dignifi” code , nothing was explained clearly , I was just told it would “help my payments decrease” … after considering not using the loan that wasn’t relevant in the first place , we realized my payments would have been way lower! That was the first red flag. I got a second payment option & was informed additional coverages were included , such as “GAP” & “life long warranties” just to find out after, they were not included! After speaking with the Financial specialists he accommodated many payment options for me, & was very upscale about it. He made me feel like my credit wasn’t xxxx! I know for a fact I was being screwed over because after staying at the dealership for 7 hours of being chased down with different payment options I received the payment option I in FACT qualified for!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. As I continued to leave out the dealership , they came to my car 3 times and conducted bad business , D’Nario argued with my partner & said some personal things that wasn’t necessary. Long story short , be careful , read over your paperwork , & ask MANY questions! I was belittled like I couldn’t get a car with reasonable payments..with a great credit score, & a down payment !!! This dealership wants money , commission, they will laugh behind your back like you’re dumb & they don’t care about you! If I would have signed the papers I would have been in a financial hardship with the dealership!!!! PLEASE BE AWARE & BE CAREFUL! It’s a cultured dealership that will act like they’re working with you , while ALL ALONG they’re working AGAINST you! I love my black people , but this just wasn’t it! Please be careful! More

I updated lablondi throughout the day with her not responding. I paid the driver at 8pm. as I was supposed to do. I invoiced lablondi, they paid me$300 less than I had paid the driver and told me they weren't paying me anymore. The office then ganged up in me and made me leave the building. The owner Andre Smith, was involved also. I'm shocked! This is basically robbery! More
I'm sorry to say that this service center is just a short walk from my house, but I won't be using their services again. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. When our car's transmission broke down, we decided to take it to the nearby Nissan dealership instead of calling a tow truck to have it taken to another dealership. Big mistake! However, the receptionist at the dealership couldn't connect us with anyone who could provide information about our car. It took days for them to give us any updates. If you need your car serviced, I highly recommend going elsewhere. The lack of empathy and responsiveness from the staff is disappointing. When my husband went there, the employees were just standing around talking and not showing consideration for customers who might have urgent needs. It's truly disheartening to see this lack of care for people's situations. More

I was advised that the dealership would yake the necessary action on the Mercedes to complete the trade, BUT THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. Walking into this place is like walking into a den of vipers. Don't get me wrong, the salesman was great but it was the sales manager that was the problem. He claimed he knows the law but that's laughable especially since he tried to charge me a doc fee when the dealers website says that the doc fee was included in the sales price. He doesn't even know what is on their own website, so you expect me to believe you know consumer laws? I'm still shaking my head at this guy lol. Very unprofessional for a sales manager. Not only did they lose out on a new car sale but lost out on a future customer as well. I would stay as far away from this dealership as you can. Based on their reviews I should have as well. More

THEY LIED AND CHEATED AND BEAT ME OUT OF OVER $23,000. I wanted another Altima with leather seats, tinted windows and a sunroof, but newer than the one that I had purchased previously 4 years ago. I walked into Nissan of Union City. A sales lady Sharon approached me, and I told her what I was looking for and she showed me a 2020 Altima that did not have those things that I had told her I wanted. She then asked me to test drive it and I refused. Then she said that she would put a sunroof in it. I asked her will she put it in writing she said yes. Then we looked at the tint and it was bubbled. She said she will put that in writing. She said YES. She took me into the building to a desk on the other side of the sales floor and did the paperwork with the sunroof and tinted windows. Then she told me that they will call me when the sunroof arrives and they will schedule the window tinting because he was off site. I have made many attempts to contact the store manager and even made several visits when finally, a manager came out and i showed him my contract. He looked at it and said to me "who signed this contract" Then he looked me straight in the eye and said, "this is not going to happen." And then asked me if there is anything else he can do for me. It has been almost two years, and I hate my Altima because I still don't have my sunroof and tinted windows like I was promised before I purchased and not mentioning a missing back floor mat. AND A NEW TRANSMISSION AND A CATILAC CONVERTER, WHICH I HAD TO CRY AND BEG TO GET A DISCOUNT THAT MY 100,000 MILE WARRANTY WOULD NOT COVER. SO THE SERVICE REPAIR CENTER DID IT TOO $2,400 I paid and got my car back and now it is falling apart. I have lost both sides of tire gaurds as I drive on the highway and it has only been two days.
