Service was completed in a very reasonable time. That's the first positive. I arrived when there were no other guests to check-in so there was no pressure on any service person to check you in and move on the first positive. All checked-in? Next, wait...there was no next to move on to. No friendliness to let me know we continue to want your service here. I also take my vehicle to West Covina Nissan and NEVER get the bum's rush treatment. Guess if I want friendly service at the service desk I picked the wrong location. I will be happy to go back to WCN for future visits than to return here for what? Not friendly. At least upon paying for the service done the cashier was very friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. More

I was very hesitant before the visit to trade my car since I was planning on keeping my car until it was paid off but I'm so glad I didn't. I came into the dealership already pre-approved with my bank. I knew the vehicle I wanted as I had one some research already. The internet price on the vehicle was $33k. Upon doing the paperwork I was presented a price if $39k. I asked why the price difference and had to show them the internet price from my phone. That was a little off putting. Even after telling them I wanted to use my bank for financing, the took my personal info (SS#) and ran my credit report in order to give me a financing option. That was also off putting. Other than that every one was nice and respectful. I have no complaints about the time it took to purchase the SUV. More
