My only issue with my visit is that when my car was ready it was blocked in and I asked for cars that were blocking me to be moved. Had to wait 4 hours for an oil change, the service writer failed to tell me that my car was ready so after waiting I decided to ask about my vehicle he asked me my last name and I told him then he said he co failed to tell me that my car was ready so after waiting I decided to ask about my vehicle he asked me my last name and I told him then he said he couldn’t find the work order then he looked again and figured out that the car eas already done so I waited fir four hours and my car was ready long before that! I think your service writer should follow up with his customers more often than he did so therefor I was really disappointed with the service that day! I figured I paid my money for the platinum package with no problem so I shouldn’t have to wait 4 hours for an oil change!!!! More
