My only complaint would be that when a customer asks a question they should be answered fully and truthfully. Not glossed over with a lot of senseless words that do not explain what is asked. Waited 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. And when my car was done, I was informed my tire had a nail and it could be patched. Waited another 45 minutes. I've been a loyal customer.
