Great dealership, but getting an o oil change takes too long. Dropped off vehicle and had to call back to check in to see how long it would take after waiting for over three hours. They told me you’d be r long. Dropped off vehicle and had to call back to check in to see how long it would take after waiting for over three hours. They told me you’d be ready in 10 minutes, showed up 15 minutes later and vehicle still was not ready. Ask them how much longer and said I needed to be somewhere. They told me another 10 minutes and had me wait in the waiting area. 15 minutes later I received my vehicle from the car wash and dried. Oil change was fine. Drove around with spotty vehicle. This is happened every time, I pick up my vehicle from the oil change service. If you drop your car off, it should not take four hours to get your car back. I even had an appointment. It was not just a drop in. This needs to be worked out. More
