My Day at Nissan 422 of Limerick I stopped in just to look at the Juke -- Alex Cavan showed me two but after looking at the 2017 Rouge Sport I was sold! I wanted a Pearl white - Alex I stopped in just to look at the Juke -- Alex Cavan showed me two but after looking at the 2017 Rouge Sport I was sold! I wanted a Pearl white - Alex drove up rolled his window down saying I found a Pearl White!! Alex was so personable with us - everyone at this dealership were friendly, funny and a pleasure doing business with. SERVICE RUINED OUR VACATION!!!!! Had a vacation planned and the morning of leaving the engine light came on in our leased 2017 Nissan Altima on a Saturday morning. Car was not driving Had a vacation planned and the morning of leaving the engine light came on in our leased 2017 Nissan Altima on a Saturday morning. Car was not driving properly. Took it to dealership at 2pm and of course we all know rental companies close at noon on Saturdays. BUT THIS DEALER HAS NO LOANER PROGRAMS AND RELY ON RENTAL COMPANIES!! The service dept said we could drive it and if we break down they have free towing. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Terrible terrible service. Kulp car rentals leave rentals at dealerships - how about you stock up on the weekends for situations like this?! That or get NISSAN LOANERS! More
