I h I bought a car a number of weeks back and was promised some touch up paint would be mailed to me. I live 45 minutes away and can't just stop in. I have left several messages but have not gotten a call back, or paint. I am currently waiting for William (or manager) to call back. Again. More
Good but long Nice place very clean and respectful. The process of paperwork always takes awhile but otherwise very friendly and willing to work with a budget. There is no better place to be I have to say my experience with limerick nissan was the best I have ever had in the car buying world. I used to be loyal to another dealer until they became inconsistent with their sales and ability to sell. Got a flyer in the mail for this dealership and decided to give them a shot. We purchased a sentra in august and by the time winter came along decided to do another trade for awd. Ending up buying a new rogue today. They went above and beyond to make things happen and listened to what we wanted. They weren't like other car dealers that said you must take this car, no here we picked and are paying for what we wanted. By the way my credit isn't perfect either but I have been building it and have positive auto loan history. What ever you history, credit, story take it to limerick nissan they know what to do. I really think it's their honesty that has gained my business and respect and of course Chuck. He is a valuable asset to this company and we will always go to him. We also worked with Frank too who is also great. They were both motivated to get things done and I truly appreciate my experience so much I am sharing it all with you! Thank you, Victor and Katelyn More
Shady Service Staff - Avoid Servicing your Vehicle Here Our 07 Xterra was showing a Service Engine Soon Light and running a little rough. We brought it to the dealership to be checked out on 6/13/16. Our 07 Xterra was showing a Service Engine Soon Light and running a little rough. We brought it to the dealership to be checked out on 6/13/16. Dealer calls us and informs us its a Cylinder Misfire PO300, they do not know which cylinder is misfiring and want to replace all coils and spark plugs for $1500. Told them to not do the work and we would pick up. Picked up the car from them, purchased the parts I needed online for around $80 total. Did the work with a buddy, took about an hour. Checked car with code scanner he had, it showed PO300, but also PO301, Cylinder 1 Misfire. Dealer lied to us as they said they were unable to determine which coil was going bad and wanted to replace them all instead. Also charged me $120 for "Diagnostic Services" which Advance Auto would of scanned my computer to see which code it was throwing for free. $120 to simply hook a computer to my car, see the codes it was throwing, then omit the one important code, PO301 to the customer to jack up your service cost. Will never use this dealership again for service or sales. Will be informing Nissan of this dealerships shady service practices. More
Great experience Nissan 422 of Limerick went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the 2016 Nissan Altima that we leased for our son, and we were! Shady State Inspection Practices Took our Nissan to this dealer for annual state and emissions inspection. Put new wiper blades on two weeks before, and the blades were good when we got to the dealer, but the dealer said the car failed for "bad" wiper blades. We asked to see them, and 10 minutes later, the dealer showed us one torn wiper blade and one melted wiper blade. Somehow, these wiper blades became bad between the time we dropped off the car and when the inspection was done. Also, put brand new tires on the car four days before and drove them 400 miles. Michelin factory spec new states tread depth to be 10/32 inch. Four days later and with 400 miles on them, this dealer measured the tires at 9/32 inch. We do not have bad driving practices as we got 88,000 miles out of our last set of the same brand and model of tires. To us, it seems this dealer needs additional training on how to measure tire specs, and it also seems they damage parts during the inspection process. More
