The entire process took way too long. I was there from 12 noon until 7pm. My salesperson, although very nice, could use more training. Did not listen to my initial requests and was showing me a car and pricing it that I did not ask for. He was also helping another client at the same time, while other salespeople were standing around. I walked out twice and was convinced to stay. I appreciate the work of the finance man who ultimately made the deal work. The salesperson never went over and features of the car. Once the deal was over he handed the keys over in the showroom and let us walk out. Never in my life has a salesperson not walked me to the car showed me how to work the features. I am still reading through the manual to figure things out. More
The salesman Mike Cidorac was extremely knowledgeable,, answered any questions or concerns I had about leasing a car, was patient and treated me with dignity and respect. I would have liked to have been told prior to coming in that the oil changes have gone up to $99.99 at that point i am already there but had I been told I would have gone somewhere else. I had a coupon for $10.00 off that you can see the rep didn't want to take, he advised me next time it must be printed out. After looking at my emails while waiting I realized I made a mistake the coupon was $15.00 off, when I went to tell him at checkout, he said he already did the discount and seemed annoyed like the money was coming out of his pocket. I just said ok fine no worries. I did mention at the register I said its funny it's on the internet special oil change $79 dollars she said where, so I showed her. She said you would have to talk to the service man about that, I said if it's all over the internet why can't you just charge the amount that it's advertising as why not tell your customers? All I got was well you can use it next time. I did not want to argue that early in the morning about the fact that they never tell you we have a special going on for $79 dollars, but I was very annoyed. By the time my next oil change comes they will say the special expired or something. I just don't like that they honor what's advertised or even mention it to you. The service department acts like its money coming out of their pocket, I am sorry, but I purchased my vehicle there and have spent a lot there. I also asked if they could put the lubricant in the steering Colum because the steering is squeaking loud again, he said no we can't just do that we have to look at it and see what the problem is. I said from the time I got this car a few months after is started this and I brought it in thinking something is wrong but was told by your department nothing was wrong, things get old and start to squeak we just have to add lubricant to it. I thought that does not sound right obviously there is something wrong, but they told me twice its fine. Now I am told I need to have it looked at as something has to be causing that. I paid a large amount for my extended warranty so if something needed to be looked at and fixed they should have mentioned so the day I brought it in. More
