I made a 9:00 appointment with Gwen, as I was in the service department on another matter at 8:15, and she met me with bells on at 8:30. I definitely wanted to turn in my old leased vehicle, the 2010 N service department on another matter at 8:15, and she met me with bells on at 8:30. I definitely wanted to turn in my old leased vehicle, the 2010 Nissan Sentra with the special deal I was offered. At first I was considering the Versa, because the gas mileage in the Sentra was so bad, but I settled on the Altima Special Edition which I am falling in love with. I am still waiting to see if the gas mileage levels out reasonably, but the quality and power of the new vehicle are growing on me. The only thing that I questioned was why I was not offered the coupe rather than the sedan but Michele assured me it would be a $5,000.00 difference upward in price, so I am satisfied with my choice. The sales people were fine, but I was ripped off and taken advantage of as soon as I stepped into the back room. I was hit with numerous "fees" and unfortunately signed for items I really didn't need or taken advantage of as soon as I stepped into the back room. My agreed price with my salesman jumped up $3,500.00 plus another $2,250.00 for an unwanted and unnecessary warranty. As soon as I realized my mistake I returned for help.
