However, when buying the finance guy recommended that I purchased an extended warranty because the car has a lot of tech. I purchased what he told me was the full bumper to bumper package to cover everything for 7years. Scam!!! Haven’t had to use it at all until recently First and only major issue I have is with the heated/cooled driver seat. Was working when I went to work one day, got in the car to go home, it is not working. The USB port to connect my phone to radio would also intermittently not work. Scheduled for service, thinking I have full bumper to bumper. Was told would cost over 2k to repair the seat! I asked how come it was not covered? Service person told me over the phone, I don’t know, I punched the part number in and it’s not covered. I mean come on! I go down to pick up the car, figures there’s a mix up or something. I ask to speak to a manager. The service rep/manager, Sheldon, tells me it’s not covered and could not care any less. He just wanted me out of his office and onto the next person. Do not purchase an extended warranty here. It’s a scam, and the service people absolutely do not give an F. Buyer beware!!! Oh yea, and the fix for the USB port? It just needed a software update. Covered right? Nope! $145.00 for that as well! Scam! More
Nissan 112 over charged us for work they claimed to have done on our car. After we picked up the car a few day later it broke down. We had to take it to the nearest mechanic and as it turns out it was what done on our car. After we picked up the car a few day later it broke down. We had to take it to the nearest mechanic and as it turns out it was what was supposedly fixed by Nissan 112 that caused the car to break down. The mechanic called Nissan 112 to verify what we said was fixed by them only to prove it was never even worked on. Everything they claimed to fix they didn’t. We brought the car in for the airbag light being on and they said no codes came up so they reset it. We paid 145 dollars and z3 days later it came back on. I called Nissan and their response was to check under the passenger seat for a water bottle. Is that how dealers fix airbags these days? The check engine light was on when we brought it in we asked them to look into why. We were told that would be another 145 dollars. We get a call saying we needed the throttle body cleaned. They charged us over 309 dollars on top of the other charges. The car breaks down and the mechanic tells us there is a hole in the throttle body down we found out there was a hole in the throttle body they would have seen it if it was cleaned. They obviously didn’t clean it. They charged us 145 dollars to program a key. As it turned out they never did program it. We just lost the extra key and when the mechanic tried to program a new one he noticed there was an electrical issue that was stopping it from programming and you couldn’t program a key without fixing it first. Needless to say Nissan never told us about this issue or fixed the issue. They told us they programmed a key charged us 145 dollars for it and just replaced the battery. They got 980 dollars from us for doing absolutely no work on the car. The mechanic that fixed the car took it upon himself to call them and tell them they should refund us our money. Nissan 112 should be ashamed of themselves. They new it was an 18 yr olds first car and they ripped him off. They couldn’t even make sure the airbag was fixed for safety purposes. That’s freaken ridiculous Whatever you do do not go to Nissan 112 it’s the first and last time we will ever go there. And we will make sure nobody else does either. More

Went in for an oil change, and ended up getting a few other services as well. I have no complaint about the service staff, as they were all excellent. HOWEVER, the billing for labor is calculated "by pac other services as well. I have no complaint about the service staff, as they were all excellent. HOWEVER, the billing for labor is calculated "by package" rather than by actual time, so the charge ended up being around $450/hr just for labor. Please take your car to literally any other place, as they will not charge such ridiculous prices. I went here because of the good reviews, and I wish more people warned of the sketchy billing practices here. More
