Thank You for trying to reach out to me about what happened. What happened already happened and once you lose trust in a mechanic (in this case a dealership since they allow the situation} its extremely difficult to trust and believe what your being told. I was not alone that day with long waits, Its better if you just accept that you lost a few customers and try to correct the issues at your dealership before losing many more.

I do understand diagnostics can take time, keeping the customer updated is advisable. I shouldn't have to request an update after 2 +hrs of waiting to only, hear diagnostics take time. Customer svc is everything. When someone calls, its considered poor csr service to leave them on hold for an extended amount of time unexplained, no apology etc..it's the same concept here.

Already responded. You have my email, etc. Judging from the fact that nothing appeared to be done …sanitize??…and the complete lack of response to my phone calls which put important medical appointments in jeopardy, I’m hoping the service people even did brake recall work!
