Visiting the showroom was disappointing. Simple questions take very long to get answers. Gran leaves you at his desk for 10 minutes each time you ask a question. BOUGHT MY NISSAN 2022 ROGUE PLATIUM 1 MONTH AGO IT WAS THE SHOW ROOM MANAGERS DEMO. NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE WITH A WATER LEAK THIS IS TWICE IT'S IN FOR THE SAME THING. WAS IN LAST WEEK SUNROOF DRAINS THEY THE SHOW ROOM MANAGERS DEMO. NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE WITH A WATER LEAK THIS IS TWICE IT'S IN FOR THE SAME THING. WAS IN LAST WEEK SUNROOF DRAINS THEY SAY ARE NOT CLOGGED AND NOW THEY NEED TO TAKE THE HEADLINER APART SO THEY SAY. I DON'T KNOW TO BELIEVE THEM. NO LOANER CARS. EVERYTIME I TRY TO CALL NO ONE ANSWERS THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE FOR NO ONE TYO ANSWER THE PHONE AND DON'T RECEIVE PHONE CALLS BACK. YOU TOOK MY MONEY FOR MY CAR BUT DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH ME. THIS IS UNACCEPECTABLE AND I WIL NOT DEAL WITH THIS. EVEN LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THE MANAGER YESTERDAY TO CALL BACK SEEMS THAT NO ONE WANTS TO DEAL WITH US. I WORKED FOR RIVERHEAD AUTO MALL TONT AND RAYNMOND TANTILLO THIS IS MY SECOND CAR BOUGHT FOM THE JOINT DEALER. THE SALES PEOPLE WE DEALT WITH WERE EXCELLENT WENT ABOVEA ND BEYOND JAMES AND CHRIS. Not bad only thing I wish they had was rentals or loaner cars . Went to Nissan 112 for an oil change and they found something else wrong with my car as well. They said it was covered under my warranty. They told me my car would be ready in 1 hour 30 mins and they f something else wrong with my car as well. They said it was covered under my warranty. They told me my car would be ready in 1 hour 30 mins and they finished at that exact time. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and I would recommend friends and family members to buy cars from them….. More
Terrible! The service person tried to get work done that wasn’t needed! Last inspection was about 3000 miles before this one. After an hour wait she comes out The service person tried to get work done that wasn’t needed! Last inspection was about 3000 miles before this one. After an hour wait she comes out and says I need rear brakes, when I questioned it she said it was “metal on metal” I asked to speak with the mechanic and ask him to check again since it’s only been 3000 miles since they last passed the car. By the way the mileage is 19,030. Nissan 122 in Medford has fallen and is now trying to get things fixed on your car when it doesn’t need it. After another 45 minutes (1 hour 45 minutes with an appointment for oil change and inspection) they told me it was done and passed inspection. I will never take my vehicles to this dealer ever again. Oh and the Rogue I’m talking about was purchased from them new. More
