Great experience every time. I needed to get my inspection done right before the holiday weekend and I called to find out when was the best time to come. I got there and I told Kristen what was discussed during the call and she said I’ll be out by 3. At 3 she came to find me and said I told you I’d get you out on time! More

We leased a 2024 altima from Nissan 112 on April 30th. The car was in an accident in August we are still waiting for a part to make the car driveable again. I reached out to the manager by phone on Tuesday morning and by email Wednesday morning to request assistance in obtaining the needed part. We have been paying the lease and unable to use the csr since August. The manager has not returned our call or email. I was told Tuesday he would get back to me when his meeting ended. This is bad customer service. He had plenty of time to sit with us when we decided to lease from his dealership but now that we need his help he is ignoring us. I expected better.
