My daughter and I overpaid $18,000 for a 2018 used car, sales personnel said it’s a used car market after Covid prices drove up car values, but we figured it only had 33k miles on it and it appeared to be sales personnel said it’s a used car market after Covid prices drove up car values, but we figured it only had 33k miles on it and it appeared to be a clean car so I’ll buy it. My daughter didn’t get her license until 7 months after the purchase so it was barely used. We drove it for the last 3 months and put less than 3,000 miles on it and the motor ceased up. The salesman no longer works there, the sales manager, Nick Galeja, said it’s outside the manufacturer warranty and outside the used car warranty that there’s nothing he can do about it. First he said they’ll take the car and ship it to Miller, Ct to fix the motor. Then he said to install a new motor is $10,000 and they’ll offer to pay $3,000 or he’ll buy the car off us for $2,000 to use towards a down payment on another vehicle he has. BE VERY CAREFUL buying a used car from this dealership. Scrutinize your warranty before you purchase it. We’re left with no motor. No car. And forced to buy something else. More

That is not the kind of thing you see too much of these days. I am so fortunate we walked out of the Smithtown dealership and went here instead. I will be going back in the future and recommend this place to anyone looking for a new ride. More

The SERVICE dept failed to put in ANY washer fluid in my new Rogue. Salesman said we could stop by but we werent wasting a 20 minute ride one way for washer fluid.
