I had visited Nimnicht looking for the 2024 Traverse RS. Luis Ortiz greeted myself and my husband and quickly helped us out. The morning the traverse was loaded off the truck, Luis sent me a text with pictures. Although I ended up choosing a whole other Traverse from the same shipment, he was very patient with me. He made a very stressful decision/process pretty much hassle free. He helped me setup my MyChevy app and was very knowledgeable with all the bells and whistles. This is my second Traverse and I may never drive anything else. Thank you again Luis for such a great experience! More
