Oh boy where do I start. I went to trade in my 2018 Chevy impala for a 2019. I had Cristain as my sales professional and he was very very nice. He found the impala I was looking for. I didn’t buy the first d impala for a 2019. I had Cristain as my sales professional and he was very very nice. He found the impala I was looking for. I didn’t buy the first day but spontaneously showed back up a little under a week later to buy the car. And oh man did he work running back and forth with his managers. I had a great experience at Nimnicht Chevrolet today. I was a little worried I would be to far upside down in my trade but with all the great rebates I qualified for and the great work Karen Keen and Shane was a little worried I would be to far upside down in my trade but with all the great rebates I qualified for and the great work Karen Keen and Shane put in the deal, I walked out with a brand new Chevrolet Silverado Z71 and a smile. Cristian Beltran was our sales person this morning. We were very clear on how much we wanted to spend and the length of the contract term. After several negotiations, Cristian came back with the deal tha were very clear on how much we wanted to spend and the length of the contract term. After several negotiations, Cristian came back with the deal that was acceptable. I signed off on the offer, shook hands and away we go to fiance. So I thought. They brought me to another room were they wanted to add the new vehicle to my insurance before taking possession, which I have never done before when buying a car (another red flag) After waiting for over an hour to do paperwork, one of the last papers I received was the financial documents which both the monthly payment and length were changed. Cristian never told us that the in order to get us to the price we agreed upon they length of the term by 6 months. Reminder, I was very clear about the term and payment. Not once did they ever discount the vehicle. It would appear this was clearly a way to take advantage of me as an elderly gentleman. I asked for a manger and they said there was nothing they could do!! Even after we had a signed agreement to the terms. TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU STAY CLEAR OF THEM. More
