Buyer beware I wonder how many people get scammed at this dealer. They tried charging me twice for the destination charge. The sales manager Sasha acted like it was a mistake. Please he has been selling cars for 12 years oh and scamming people also. Oh and if they put that scam window etching on your windows do not pay for it. It's a scam and cost $200. They just do it then try charging you. SCAM More
Very unsatisfactory experience I bought a used KIA Sportage which both Sasha and Charles(Chuck)assured me was certified. I didn't check anything; maybe I should have, but I trusted I bought a used KIA Sportage which both Sasha and Charles(Chuck)assured me was certified. I didn't check anything; maybe I should have, but I trusted the assurance of certification. The vehicle clearly had not been certified; the tires were way under the required tread depth. I bought it on a Saturday and had to take it back the following Monday(A round trip of about two hours and forty minutes). THEN the tires were changed, oil was changed and apparently the rest of what was needed to actually certify it was done. Three weeks later when I turned the air conditioner on, it wasn't working. I had to take it back again and wait while they checked it out to see what was wrong. They ordered the part, and I had to go back a third time for them to put it in. Hopefully everything is now in the condition it SHOULD have been in when I bought the vehicle. In addition, the friend who took me there was promised a referral check of $100, led to believe she would receive it that day but then was told it would be mailed in a couple weeks. Repeated contacts for an update on that got the same response. "Oh, didn't you get that yet? I'll check on it." When I called KIA corporate to file a complaint about the unhappy experience I'd had, the woman told me it takes 6-8 weeks for those checks. NO ONE, not the day we were there nor during any follow-up contact, told us the time frame. Now I've been given an actual date and was told to call back if it's not received by that time. While I love the vehicle, I would not recommend this dealership at all. More
Nightmare dealership! Traded in two leased card for two new Kias. The old cars were never turned in or paid off. 4 months later our credit is trashed! We contacted the dealership numerous times and no contact back. Conplained to Kia Corporate, BBB, and Nj Consumer Affairs and checks were finally sent 60 days AFTER we traded in our old cars. Now to find out the checls sent were the wrong amounts! The nightmare never ends! More

I walked away with a great deal and a beautiful new car at a solid price. They kindly returned my rental car for me, and took care of any and all logistical issues. Couldn't have been nicer people to work with. Since it was my first time getting a car on my own, I really did my research, so I know that I was getting a great car, with top consumer and safety reviews, for the price. More
