By the way, your job is to keep the place running and the customers happy. He must be the owner's nephew or something. Maybe if someone called a customer back then, most of us wouldn't have to run down there like crazy people demanding help. All we want is what is owed to us. Just like you promised. To pay off our loans. After going into the dealership over and over again did he finally call me back when he said he would. Unfortunately, I am still dealing with this mess. It is not fair.
