Dealership does not pay previous loan in time!!! This dealership forgot to pay my last months payment when I originally leased the Kia Optima when they were Newton Kia and they took no accountability This dealership forgot to pay my last months payment when I originally leased the Kia Optima when they were Newton Kia and they took no accountability, never answered phones and emails went to bad addresses. I heard they changed hands to Sussex Kia so I went and bought out my lease over the weekend and got the run around when I asked for numbers multiple times - told they would give me the best deal possible. Again, they had me there for hours until the point I wanted to just sign and go home. They gave me an 8% APR with a 744 credit score and are claiming this is the best they could do because not many banks are not working with them right now.... Fast forward two weeks later and my lease is still not paid off and I am almost at my wits end with this dealership - Lou is nice when you speak to him but nice is not what I need! I also have not heard anything about my plates or registration. More
Dealership average/ Service Dept wonderful Like most dealerships this 1 is average - they are there to make $ not really help you. But the Service Dept & Jeffery Lasala are great to work with. I went in right before Christmas looking to trade in my car and lease a new Kia Sorento. I absolutely love my Sorento, however, it is now 2 months later and they STILL have not paid off my trade in!!! I was lied to back in January by Lou the finance manager. He told me that they paid it off and had already sold the car. Yet I am still getting calls from Toyota looking for their payments. they told me that there was never even a request of the payoff amount. My husband and I went in to the dealership to try to get it taken care of and we were told that the owner was out of the country and he was the only one with authorization to sign the checks and I was not the only one waiting. I have already escalated this to Kia Motors and we are 1 step away from contacting our lawyer. This is absolutely my worst car buying experience ever! More

I like the milage I'm getting, but.....After I scheduled the service I received an email confirming, then a phone call--no problem; then I got a call to come in and look for a new car while I'm waiting for the service! Yes you want to push sales, but it should not come at the expense of the service department. More
Nelson and the team at Kia of sussex is hands down the best in NJ. I’m treated fairly, special and never get the run around. Also makes it super easy and comfortable for a woman shopping alone.
