Rip Off!!! Worst customer service. They removed a part that never needed to be replaced. I was told Kia corporate would give an answer to cover it on warranty on Worst customer service. Don't come here. They only wanted to resell the part there was no need to remove any cat converter from a 2016. The car is only two years old and they said well "we can't help you because you have no record with us." How much of a record should be on a 2 year old car. More

So I went to the dealership I originally bought it from, thinking they would give me a good deal.. Boy was I WRONG. they tried to screw me over in the worse way. So I was referred to Nelson Jiminez at Kia of Sussex and I cant stress enough how amazing he was.
