Poor customer service. Inconvenient Called Monday June 1st 2015 about my $40k Jeep Rubicon (which was purchased at this dealer) having a coolant smell outside the vehicle near the front Called Monday June 1st 2015 about my $40k Jeep Rubicon (which was purchased at this dealer) having a coolant smell outside the vehicle near the front of the engine. I checked the overflow bottle and it was almost empty. Left a message on the service department voice mail. No return call. Emailed the service department the same day. The call was returned 15 minutes before closing. Called back 5 minutes after and went to voice mail again. I left another message and never got a call back. I called Tuesday June 2nd and spoke to Roland about the coolant smell, warped radio bezel (3rd time), window switch not working (all but 1 window), and my horn not working (which I forgot about since no technician can press the horn pad and see if there is a problem or not. Its easier to write "No problem found") He told me that he would have to check the schedule and call me back by 7pm. So Friday June 5th I call back because I figured 4 days was ample time to check a schedule. No answer, left a message, no call back. Saturday I called Chrysler to tell them my issues. They called Nielson and spoke to a person named Al (don't know who this person is) and made an appointment for Thursday, June 11 at 7:30am. I told the rep. that I go to work at 6am everyday and would it be possible to drop it off at night and get a loner. She told me to call Al. I called Al and asked if I could drop it off the night before and get a loaner. He tole me that Chrysler doesn't give loaners. I said I know that but when I bought my Jeep from you, they gave me 2 cards for a free loaner car. He said it doesn't matter, we have to check the vehicle and call Chrysler after diagnosis. I said why was I able to use one the last time I was there, without question, without approval? I also reminded him that it says nothing of this on the card. He recited the same thing. Ill be calling Chrysler again today. I would not recommend this place to anyone.. More

He made sure that everything required for my truck was checked including things that I didn't even know needed to be checked and updated, then I asked for the truck to be washed, waxed and polished and he even provided me with a coupon for a discount... Great service for my Grand Cherokee Overland. More

Great Service Department Most of my visits are to have my 2012 Chrysler 300 brought in for routine maintenance, I have never had a problem with any of the service people. I would especially like to take this time to recognize the Current Service Manager Manny Grillo who has been a pleasure to do business with, he always make sure to keep me abreast of the progress of my service visits. My husband always serviced our vehicles, but now that he is older we have it serviced. He said an oil change is around a 15 minute job. Every time I make the appointment I arrive on time. But, my problem is I'm there for no less than an hour and this last time it was an hour and half. We are from Hopatcong and there is no way for me to have someone drop me off and pick me up. We have never had our car serviced anywhere else, the oil change has been done at Nielson Dodge every since we bought the car March of 2010. More

Good car prices, bad service dept I bought a few cars here when they were Warnock and after they became Neilsen. The sales prices are Ok on new cars, but the service deot is so-so. I bought a few cars here when they were Warnock and after they became Neilsen. The sales prices are Ok on new cars, but the service deot is so-so. When I bought my minivan in 2013 they sold it to me, only for me to learn a day later it had a recall on it. You'd expect that to be checked BEFORE delivery to the client. They did rush it in and make good on the recall very fast. Overall, good sales experience. Except at closing, they had a guy who was rushing around, pushing things in front of me to sign and I noticed he added on a fee for etching windows. When I told him I didn't order etching he told me all Neilsen stock came etched, I grabbed the saleman who said that was not true and they were not etched by default, nor was this van. So the closing guy I felt was less than honest. Beyond that, I brought the van in for yet another recall and asked for an oil change too,. I got the bill- over 476 for an oil change! When I questioned it, they said I ordered a tire rotation and "27 point inspection". I told then I did not and they reduced the price to $46 (still pretty high for a regular non-synthetic oil and filter change). So the bottom line, OK prices but watch out for add ons at closing time on a sale and apparently during service as well. More
