Nielsen Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram - Service Center

Excellent Service! I have seen bad reviews of this dealership and it's service center but don't understand why people are giving it these kind of reviews. The only thin I have seen bad reviews of this dealership and it's service center but don't understand why people are giving it these kind of reviews. The only thing I see is it is a very busy dealership and you have to be prepared to plan your service sometimes a week or two in advance. When you arrive at the dealerships service center they are polite and friendly. Inside they are the same polite friendly people you expect. They are professional which some people take as rudeness. I don't find this the case I see the professionalism but if you chat to them like a human being they are very friendly. The time it took to do the recall and the service was less then their stated two hours so nothing to complain about and my Durango came back to me the same as I gave it to them, clean. Thank you Nielsen Dodge and keep up the excellent service! Hope your building upgrades get done soon! lol More

Overall it was fine better if it wasn't in the trailer. I was there while they were fixing the service dept. and had to sit in a trailer but it was not bad at all.
