Worst service If you think these individuals care about customer service they don't! Called can't get a call back. They promised to have work done didn't do it. Even lost my keys as no one knows what anyone is doing and then had me waiting 27mins while they looked for the keys. Oh and don't be surprised if they forget the complimentary car wash as they are too often busy looking for my keys!! More

Service dept. Fail Purchased my car here and took it in for 6k mile tile rotation and oil. Left it there for the day. Upon pick up, I noticed my tires were not rotated ( Purchased my car here and took it in for 6k mile tile rotation and oil. Left it there for the day. Upon pick up, I noticed my tires were not rotated (I had a unique scuff mark on 1 tire from the day before and the tire was in the same place.) I questioned it to Jennifer and she said to come back when the service was open again because she only knows what they tell her. I came back and she said they'll get it in for a rotation. I asked if they can provide an explanation as to why it wasn't done the first visit and she seemed dumbfounded that I'd even ask. In the end, I got no explanation for having to make another trip out there but they rotated my tires quickly as I requested (Otherwise it would have been 1 star for Jennifer instead of 2). My observations: 1. If your car is brand new, they'll the cut corners on the routine/preventative maintenance. I'm now questioning if my oil was even changed. This is a management/supervisory issue. 2. I'm enrolled in the Jeep Wave program which gives me 5 free oil/tire rotations. After this last visit, I'll be going to another dealer to gladly pay for my service and have the confidence it's being completed. My family's safety isn't worth whatever corner-cutting is going on there. More
"NO" Service Department Nielsen Dodge has in my opinion, the worst service department ever! When you bring a vehicle there it’s like going into the Bermuda Triangle, it goes Nielsen Dodge has in my opinion, the worst service department ever! When you bring a vehicle there it’s like going into the Bermuda Triangle, it goes in and you never know if it is going to come out. Calling for information is just as bad, you leave a message for the service advisor and that message gets lost never to be seen again. So when you call back you dare not leave a message so you have to wait on hold for your service advisor since you know that they do return calls. When they finally pick up the phone, they still don’t have any answers. The have to check with a mechanic but he is either out to lunch, paperwork is lock in his tool box or their dog ate work order. Excuses, excuses, excuses that all they are good for. Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle to another Dodge dealership for service. I was so frustrated that I called the service manager and it’s been almost a whole day and no return phone call. Thanks Nielsen! I will do everything in my power to go somewhere else for service. I had to bring another truck to this shop. What a mistake!!! The truck has been in the shop 21 days again. When I spoke to the service advisor last week she said it should be done on Friday. Of course I did not hear back from her or anyone with an update and now it’s Tuesday. This is my second call back today and no one answers in the service department (service that's a joke, it should be the "no" service department), finally the call just drops. I am literally am banging my head against the wall. NO ONE ANSWERS THE DAM PHONE HERE!!!!!!!!!! AGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. LAST TIME. I just wish I could give negative stars. More

This was how I felt after the experience I had with Nielsen's on rt 10 East Hanover, NJ. This is my first brand new car and I love it. There was a slight problem with it so I brought it to the service dept. I understand the wait time for scheduling an appointment, but when the problem doesn't get fixed and the vehicle is returned to you with a scratch and dirtied, you should be able to rescheduled right away and have these issues remedied. I felt like I had brought my puppy to a really bad day care. The staff doesn't give you the confidence that they know what they are doing nor do they treat you like someone who is of value to their business. More
Not Reliable. Horrible Experience Service Department does not return calls. Left two messages for Manny, service manager and he did not have courtesy to event return any of my calls. SATISFIED!! I found Nielsen after looking for a car in 2014. After a few negative experiences elsewhere I decided to drive to East Hanover and try Nielsen Vito I found Nielsen after looking for a car in 2014. After a few negative experiences elsewhere I decided to drive to East Hanover and try Nielsen Vito Carenza was the salesmen I met first. Right away I felt comfortable. Not once did I feel he was just doing the "SALES" thing. Long story short I leased a Jeep from him. Since then I have been using their service dept and again not disappointed. Service is a huge plus, without that and without a positive experience there as well I would not return. Now 2016 Leased my SECOND Jeep from Yes Vito. We are 2 for 2 > No complaints he went out of his way to get me what I needed and where I needed to be. Also Jenniver in service A GREAT ASSET. always accommodating to the customer and very pleasant to deal with. I LOVE NIELSEN More
Worst service EVER I made an appointment 1.5 to 2 weeks in advance. I bought my vehicle in on the 23rd before 9am. The service writer Erin, seem to have an attitude when I made an appointment 1.5 to 2 weeks in advance. I bought my vehicle in on the 23rd before 9am. The service writer Erin, seem to have an attitude when I dropped it off (first flag and I should have went to the other service writer who received the great reviews). But, I gave her a chance. I was told that I would receive a call later on and she stated that they might not get to my vehicle that day which I didn't understand. But I was leaving town to go on vacation so I didn't think it would be a problem, but was I in for a shock. She called me before the end of business day and said she assigned it to a person and he would be getting on it first thing in the morning. So no call on the 24th. I called the morning of the 25th, and she told me they were waiting on my warranty company to send out a rep to inspect my vehicle. I found this very odd when I wasn't informed of anything nor gave an oral approval. So I called my warranty company and they said this wasn't true and they found it odd that I didn't get a call first. So I called to speak to the manager Manny, who told me he would look into it and give me a call back. No call at all from him. So I called Mrs Erin, back which I got her voice mail. So my fiancé called and asked for Manny, which I spoke to him via 3way and asked him what was going on and why didn't I receive a call back. He said he forgot and he will hit me back in 15mins. I waited an hour and I called back and demanded my vehicle. Which this is now the 27th. I would never recommend this place to anyone and please STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! More
