Nielsen Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram responded

We are sorry you feel that way, however you are requesting we change your 2015 seats to a 2011 seats. Your seats are equipped with side air bags and the module from the 2015 are different from that of a 2011. Wires would need to be spliced to make that happen, and all of Chrysler's repair manuals state we are not able to splice wires for air bag system. And Nielsen Dodge is not willing to risk our customers safety in the event of an accident.

We are sorry that you feel this way, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We have spoken to Erin, and she admitted she dropped the ball in regards to getting back to you on Friday, your CPO vehicle was looked at and was gathering all of the information to call the repairs into Maximum Care, since the repairs were over $3000. She states that when she did speak to you on Saturday morning to let you know that they may have to have an adjuster come out, due to the amount of the repairs you ended the conversation. The warranty process has to be followed to the letter or the Warranty Company will not pay for the repairs. If you have any further issues please reach out to our GSM Rick at 973-599-2114.
