My service rep, Roland, is excellent! I changed my service from another dealership. When I first came in for service, Roland stepped up, listened to what I had to say and took care of eve I changed my service from another dealership. I know when I call for an appointment it will be at my convenience, Roland will have checked my file and asked the appropriate questions so my service is complete, He is proactive in making sure everything is fine. Professional and Courteous I was very satisfied with the whole purchase process of my car about a year and a half ago. I do not live close to the dealership though which prevent I was very satisfied with the whole purchase process of my car about a year and a half ago. I do not live close to the dealership though which prevents me from using there service department but I recently needed to go in for a minor recall from the manufacturer and I was extremely satisfied with the service department and they also have a very comfortable waiting area large multi room with complementary coffee tea water & snacks very nice. Shouldn't call it service I brought my jeep in for a recall and they among other things forced the steering wheel in and it was crooked.
