Roland Maecha in service was patient, attentive and professional each and every time I bought my 2015 Jeep in for service.This is a vehicle that I experienced transmission problems with as a drove it home brand new and was eventually involved in a national recall.Nielsen service and Roland were great and eventually resolved the problem.At the end of the lease for this vehicle, Joe Alfano went out of his way to accommodate me and facillitated the return of this vehicle at the end of the lease through Nielsen even though they were not the dealer or origin. I even got a ride home! Great dealership, because they know how to do customer service.I highly recommend it to anyone shopping for a Chrysler. More

Erin Moran is the worst. Nasty attitude and unhelpful. Erin Moran is rude without reason. She would not answer questions. None of my vehicle issues were fixed but I was still charged and she would explain what was done and she says their part numbers and order numbers are “company private” information. Stay away from her and this dealer. More
Poor service They tell you that your car will be ready in an hour. 2 and a half hours later they tell you there is something else wrong with the vehicle. You wait........ 2 hrs later they say, oh there was a problem and it will be done in 20 minutes..... 2 hours later.... catch my drift. And the service manager could care less. Not once did he ever apologize or try to accommodate me. Will never go back! More

Great service team providing excellent service I was able to schedule service for our 2014 Jeep Compass for the Friday after Thanksgiving. I had a MOPAR Extended Warranty on the vehicle. The Servic I was able to schedule service for our 2014 Jeep Compass for the Friday after Thanksgiving. I had a MOPAR Extended Warranty on the vehicle. The Service Department determined that a part must be ordered for the repair and they would have to keep our SUV till Monday. I requested and had a rental ready, a 2013 Jeep Compass, for my wife when she dropped off our Jeep Friday morning. On Monday our vehicle was repaired as promised. The entire experience was seamless. So far our Jeep is running well again. THANKS Roland and Team for a customer-centered focus in all you do! More
