Worst service I’ve ever gotten, Rolland is a skeezer car was brought in for something that was supposedly a recall and fixed in the past all of a sudden same thing is wrong and it was $1400. Car was brought in in Wednesday car was done on Friday we had to call in on Tuesday for update and receptionist did oh it was done on Friday you can come pick up, that would’ve been great to know…. Was never called once terrible dealership. Bunch of scammers do not bring your car here More

STAY AWAY!!!! These people are terrible! they kept our car for 3 weeks, they wouldn't provide a loaner, the car flashed the CHECK ENGINE light when we were driving it home; we turned around and brought it car for 3 weeks, they wouldn't provide a loaner, the car flashed the CHECK ENGINE light when we were driving it home; we turned around and brought it back to the dealer. It died and needed a jump. Now 2 weeks later they don't know what's wrong with it and they put 200 miles on it test driving it and they never provided a loaner. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OR YOU REGRET IT! Manager Roland is USELESS. More

Honestly this company needs to get their act together for small businesses! Before I start I have 2 vehicles that I'm currently paying for through Ally Bank from another Dodge Dealership. I've been working t small businesses! Before I start I have 2 vehicles that I'm currently paying for through Ally Bank from another Dodge Dealership. I've been working through representative by the name of Bill Daley and I specifically told him on more than 4 occasions to go through Ally Bank and to use my EIN number to check everything and NOT to check my personal credit because this is through my business. He agrees and does the complete opposite. When I asked him about why he did it, he said "Well let's terminate our relationship, this is not my problem." I am not pleased with how the dealership has handled the situation and urge people to be very careful when going into this dealership to do business. More

xxxx Poor Service My brand new 2020 truck that is only 3 months old has left us stranded twice for same reason. While explaining this to the two awful and rude service My brand new 2020 truck that is only 3 months old has left us stranded twice for same reason. While explaining this to the two awful and rude service advisors, they proceeded to treat me like it was my fault, and proceeded to offer no help. When I requested a loaner car, as my truck was down for the second time, and my family is now inconvenienced I was told they do not provide loaners, and it's our problem to deal with. I explained to them, when the truck was there a month ago for this issue, I was given a loaner without question. I will NEVER again use this dealer for service. I now wish I didn't even buy this vehicle from them. More
