Having head an exceptionally bad experience at another dealer (Route 4 in Paramus, NJ) I was jaded against the Chrysler brands sales channel altogether. In returning an expired lease (2014 Grand Cherokee Limited) Nielsen was a logical choice due to proximity. Duane, (and Bernadine) was truly pleasant to deal with. During negotiations as part of business, I never -not for a single second- felt or suspected that I needed to be watchful. The Nielsen team's character becomes evident after walking the showroom for a few minutes, as is the customer servicing attitude of the support personnel. Both suggest that the culture permeating through the ranks in this business is one of integrity and respect for its members, passed on not only to its paying customers but as my experience suggests, to its shoppers as well.
