Excellent salesperson, excellent dealership! I went in to look at Jeeps for my niece. I had my own car about to come off lease, but was undecided about what my ne t car would be. As we were looki I went in to look at Jeeps for my niece. I had my own car about to come off lease, but was undecided about what my ne t car would be. As we were looking around, Janet Villafan asked if we needed help. We told her we were just looking for my niece who is getting her license in May. We explained fhis was just a preliminary visit to see what might suit my niece. Janet was so gracious and accommodating with her time. She answered all of my niece's questions. Bottom line - because she was so straightforward and lovely, I ended up walking out with a new Jeep for myself. No dreaded negotiating. I looked online while I was there to see what was a fair price for the vehicle I wanted, then told Janet what I was willing to pay. She went to speak to a manager for a couple of minutes. The manager came right out and gave me the deal I wanted. My new car was prepped while I did the paperwork. The whole process took less than two hours. None of this would have happened if it hadn't been for Janet. Trust and believe I will be back to see Janet in May when she is ready to get a car. More
