Bernadine was extremely patient with me since I was quite indecisive at first. When purchasing anything, I always do my research. And I knew everything about the vehicle. At least I thought so until Lexi took almost an entire hour of her time to sit in the vehicle with me and show me everything that it can do. Needless to say there were things I had no idea about that she was able to show me. I had made the actual sale of the vehicle the night prior to my picking it up. Bernadine was off that day, but she still took the time to follow up on the entire process. Great experience with both of them. Highly recommend asking for either of them if interested in a car. More

Lexy makes it not so scary I recently switched my lease over to a finance and Lexy and her team at Nielsen made it the most simple process I've ever gone through. Lexy prepared I recently switched my lease over to a finance and Lexy and her team at Nielsen made it the most simple process I've ever gone through. Lexy prepared me a few days in advance by explaining what was going to happen, how the process worked, what was needed from me, etc. She also jump started the process by sending me the credit application in advance so i wouldn't have to sit around the dealership while it was being processed/reviewed. I warned Lexy that my credit wasn't very good and she assured me that she would do everything in her power to make sure that I got the best deal possible and she delivered on the promise tenfold. Her manager, Rick, helped (as my score required someone higher up to step in) and negotiated on my behalf. He managed to get me a much better deal that I thought was possible which only proved what I already knew - that both he and Lexy were on my side and working to make sure I didn't get ripped off. I moved into Finance quickly, signed the paperwork and was out of there in record time. Chris, in Finance, made sure I fully understood everything i was signing and helped me make the best warranty selections while sicking to my budget. This was my very first automobile purchase and Lexy, Rick and everyone at Nielsen made it easy and not so scary. I've already referred family and friends to Nielsen and will continue to do so. More
