Good overall experience It was my first time buying a car from a dealership. I've heard a lot of horror stories so I braced myself for the worst. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. My sales rep was William Roldán. He was friendly and patient while I inspected the car and he answered all of my questions. It of course took a bit of haggeling to settle on a price, which was to be expected. But Will was cordial and professional even during that back and forth. The sales manager was a bit less pleasant than Will during negotiation, but that changed once we agreed on a price and I agreed to buy the car. When I test drove the car, it was dirty on the inside. But they cleaned it up nicely inside and out without me even having to ask. I've only had the car for two days, but so far so good. I had a friend look it over (not a mechanic but knows about cars) who says it is in great shape. I'm happy with my purchase and I recommend you give Will a call if you're thinking of stopping by Nielsen. More
