Erin Moran is the worst. Nasty attitude and unhelpful. Erin Moran is rude without reason. She would not answer questions. None of my vehicle issues were fixed but I was still charged and she would explain what was done and she says their part numbers and order numbers are “company private” information. Poor service They tell you that your car will be ready in an hour. 2 and a half hours later they tell you there is something else wrong with the vehicle. You wait........ 2 hrs later they say, oh there was a problem and it will be done in 20 minutes..... 2 hours later.... catch my drift. And the service manager could care less. Not once did he ever apologize or try to accommodate me. Will never go back! More
