Roland Maecha in service was patient, attentive and professional each and every time I bought my 2015 Jeep in for service.This is a vehicle that I experienced transmission problems with as a drove it home brand new and was eventually involved in a national recall.Nielsen service and Roland were great and eventually resolved the problem.At the end of the lease for this vehicle, Joe Alfano went out of his way to accommodate me and facillitated the return of this vehicle at the end of the lease through Nielsen even though they were not the dealer or origin.
