From the beginning, Robert was very personable and treated our family with utmost respect. Between him and manager Carlos, we were presented with a very fair deal, which is hard to come by now a days. This is our second vehicle we bought at Nielsen, and we’ll definitely be back for more. Highly recommend this dealership. More

I switched from Mazda because the service dept was subpar. I'm glad I moved to Jeep. Not only is the service department accommodating and respect my time. It's definitely a well oiled machine. This is actually the abbreviated version. . Had the most awful experience with the service department. Leased a brand new GC there just under two years ago. Car has under 11k miles on it. W . Had the most awful experience with the service department. Leased a brand new GC there just under two years ago. Car has under 11k miles on it. Went in for a free (2 hour) oil change less than a week ago, and as soon as I drove off the lot the car is making some really strange scary sounding noises. Called them back a few days later to explain the situation. After Melissa leaves me on hold and hangs up on me several times she realizes I'm persistent. Asks me "Why you ain't bring it back the same day?". Uhhh, because I had already been there for two hours for a simple oil change and have other commitments. They finally agree to look at the car, Roland introduces me to some elderly man called "Bob". Supposedly Bob is Roland's "foreman" but.. ouf. I don't know man.. Anyway, we go out for a drive to begin diagnosing. Bob asks if he can drive it.. ok fine. Folks, I am not even kidding you, he got lost on the way back to the dealership after our 0.9 mile drive! I had to use the GPS to get us back! Not making this up!! Once we get back Bob explains to Roland that the car is in fact making unusual noises like I'd said. Next, they send me to the waiting area, come back a couple hours later. First some young guy with spikey hair (did not catch his name) asks if I have the keys. Wait. What? Y'all are working on the car. YOU have the keys my man! Haha. Finally old man Bob comes back, and looks dumbfounded. I can tell this is gonna be a challenge.. "We put it on a lift, took the wheels off, can't find anything". I say, ok, what should I do? How do we make the noise go away? He responds "I don't know what to tell ya! If you just drive with the windows up it's not so loud". I actually thought he was joking but should have know better. I now realize this is going nowhere so I just want to get out of there and take it up with Chrysler corporate office. I asked if the car is safe to drive and am told yes absolutely. I then request a receipt indicating that they also acknowledge the noise, but couldn't fix it and the car is safe. Bob says no problem, but re-enter obnoxious spikey guy.. he refuses to do this and apparentlyis the shot-caller as far as Boob is concerned. Says they can't declare the car "safe" in writing even after having done so repeatedly verbally. They say it's a liability and can't claim the car is safe. They can say it all day, just refuse to note it in the receipt. Well THAT makes me feel safe and like I should trust you, eh? I attempted to clarify - not asking you to declare the car safe as a whole. I'm smart enough to know that anything can go wrong. I just need to know that the ONE minor thing, this noise, is not a safety concern to my family and I (I have two young children whom I drive around constantly if the two car seats didn't give it away). We debate this for several more minutes, they begin to get more hostile and aggressive, so I leave and start lighting up the corporate phone lines on the way home. Ladies and gents, please do yourselves a favor and STAY AWAY! You may have had good experiences here years ago. I know I sure did. Great ones if I'm being honest. This place has gone WAAAAY down hill though. Even the leasing process nearly two years ago was an absolute disaster with the loud obnoxious guy Cris. I chose not to post at that time but felt I'd be doing other customers a disservice if I kept quiet this time around. Ive been a Jeep driver literally for decades and you guys have plenty other viable options. There is Route 46 Chrysler, DeCozen, Teterboro, Paramus, Rockland. Any of those are better options. Whatever you do just stay away from these muppets. More
My husband and I went to this dealership looking to trade in our car and to purchase a pre-owned car. Mike Olsen had us test drive the car and he valued our trade. In turn, this dealership told us that we we in our car and to purchase a pre-owned car. Mike Olsen had us test drive the car and he valued our trade. In turn, this dealership told us that we were upside down in our trade in. Once my husband told the finance rep that we know our car is not worth less than we owe then he went to “see what he could do” and came back offering exactly what we owed on the trade in. They are selling their cars for thousands above MSRP ($4-5k) and are offering thousands less than trade in value for trades (in our case $4-6k). I’m writing this review because buyers deserve to be aware of their deceitful and dishonest behavior. More
Did a price quote for my car on their website for my trade in and was quoted to have 3k of equity in my car. When I got to the dealer the finance guy tried to tell me that I not only had no equity in th trade in and was quoted to have 3k of equity in my car. When I got to the dealer the finance guy tried to tell me that I not only had no equity in the car but I have negative equity in the car. Knew it was xx right away because I've been shopping around for two weeks and two other dealers also quoted me with 3k equity in my car. When I called the finance guy out on it he tried to back peddle and then came back and offered me equity in my car. Very dishonest and shady practices. Would have totally rob me blind if I didn't know any better. Buyer be aware, and read other negative reviews. Dealer has a pattern of shady business and their cars all marked up thousands of dollars over MSRP PRICE More
thank you! I've worked with Mike Mangano at other dealerships and he continues to be a trusted partner. The transaction overall was fast and simple. Got luck I've worked with Mike Mangano at other dealerships and he continues to be a trusted partner. The transaction overall was fast and simple. We ordered a vehicle with an agreed upon lease rate and vehicle price. after waiting over 3 months we went to pick up the vehicle. Nothing was mentioned for the first hour as we are going through the process, but then they send us to finance only to find out they are asking for an additional $75 a month or another $4,000 down on top of the original agreed $4,000. Should have seen this coming when they would not allow my wife to see or document the initial paperwork and order sheet claiming it was for their records only. DO NOT WORK WITH THE DEALERSHIP THEY ARE FILLED WITH CONARTISTS. Because of the car crisis they don't care because they now have a vehicle on the lot that they know will be easy to sell. I had my 4 year old son crying as we walked out from this xxxx hole because for months he thought we were getting a new vehicle. More
