Your response is as useless as your service department mechanics, your service department manager, your general manager, and unfortunately your owner as they were all part of the decision to ignore the issue because of the specific reason stated. ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: THEIR REASON WAS SINCE THEY PURCHASED BEYER THIS WAS NOT THEIR ISSUE AND THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE. Please remember this when you are considering making your purchase there, or having work done. Your vehicle is 10 years old, out of warranty, and you're asking us to handle a repair done by another dealership that was done 5 years ago well before us owning said dealership. Most of the work was started under warranty. I will be posting more details for the audience. Perhaps reading through the service records would be the best place to start before responding with more nonsense. The HVAC system was experiencing issues long before the warranty expired and this is well documented. Under warrantee 2 heater cores were replaced even though they did not need to be replaced and that did not solve the issue. The heating and cooling system was not functioning properly for a long time under the stated warranty period. There were some fault in the system allowing area enter the system. It's funny that even after your crew worked on this for many years it took an external mechanic to make this general diagnosis. Please look at all the records and you will see how many times this has been in for the same set of issues all under warranty. Almost every winter season for several years the vehicle came in when it was time to start using the heater but that's another detail which can be found in the service records. In addition to the specific recent issue I will be elaborating further in future responses regarding how you attempted to address some of the HVAC issues guessing and replacing a head, which did not resolve the problem and of course I was charged for that even though this issue started well under warranty and obviously did not fix the problem in any way. The fact that was ignored. And then guessing again, you replaced the engine (including another new head) which still did not address the issues started well under warranty. Once again at my expense. And then when the new engine was installed it was faulty even though it was a brand-new factory engine and had to be redone again at further expense to me. I'm so happy you mentioned the warranty so the reviewing audience can understand what really happened. I will be posting details about this in separate responses. Thank you so much for your very considerate response. It is nice that somebody is finally paying attention. Yes you are correct that I had the vehicle 10 years and I have all of that data/records which I will be discussing in other responses. Thanks for your time. Since you claim no responsibility for the same crew at that location I guess no need for you to respond. You have stated your perspective. Just sharing my opinions.
