On 2/11/2023 we went to trade in 2 Dodge vehicles with plates replacements. I will not comment on the price and service, but Mr. Peter Goettlich and his team messed up registration work. First of all temporary registration expired and then they sent us another temporary registration with telling lies and stories of lost UPS package to finally register new card with DMV to only find out that cars were registered with 3/17/2023 date - only 43 days after they should be which resulted with multiple plates & registration suspension for lapse of insurance. Our company and our insurance carrier keeps dealing with DMV for the couple weeks now & have not received a single email/phone call response from Mr. Peter Goettlich. More

With my most recent visit to have the recall repair done, I was pleasantly surprised at the much much improved service I received. I pulled in and was immediately greeted by one associate and then immediate I was pleasantly surprised at the much much improved service I received. I pulled in and was immediately greeted by one associate and then immediately after by another who walked me in and checked me in and showed me where I could wait for my vehicle to be serviced (as I told her that I would be waiting). The multiple waiting areas were very very nice with plenty of comfortable seating and refreshments, some complimentary, which was nice. I felt my waiting time was very fast compared to my previous visits, so I was more than happy and left there with a smile on my face and a very good feeling. Keep up the good work guys & gals !!! Never have your vehicle worked on at a Nielsen dealership and I suggest never purchasing there . I had major service issues through Beyer Ford in Morristown which Nielsen purchased. When I elevated my com and I suggest never purchasing there . I had major service issues through Beyer Ford in Morristown which Nielsen purchased. When I elevated my complaints to the General Service Manager he told me I was out of luck regarding this because they were not responsible for anything that the other dealer did. Supposedly this was acknowledged by "Bill" the owner. What this tells me based on my understanding of that episode is to never buy a car from Nielsen or have any work done there. If you do and they transfer ownership they waive all liability for anything previously done. This is a deplorable way to do business (But something I am very used to from the Nielsen/Beyer group. They kind of remind me of Bernie Madoff. Oh, and even though repairs cost me about 11k (Mostly which were not needed) I tried explaining things to the owner of Beyer. She granted me 5 minutes (After weeks of me trying to speak with her), then needed to rush out because she was going to be late for a social engagement. The well runs deep when it comes to a lack of ethics at this dealer, past and present. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! More
