It took a long time to get my van fixed but I believe the dealership did everything in their power to have it done as soon as the part arrived. The delay was due to not having the part on stock. Throughout the waiting time, Stephen Furbeck was keeping me updated. It was easy to communicate with him and he demonstrated professionalism. I felt like he cared about my issue. He understood my frustration and did everything possible to solve the problem in a timely manner. He also took the time to listen and talk to me. From the technician notes written on my invoice, I believe the technician was knowledgeable and did a throughout good job on my van. More

I am just so disappointed with this dealership as well as my vehicle. When I received the notice of recall, I called the dealership to ask for next steps...the girl who answered stated that I could come in a my vehicle. When I received the notice of recall, I called the dealership to ask for next steps...the girl who answered stated that I could come in any time BUT when she failed to say is that it would take a few hours to look at the vehicle. She was technically not wrong, hence knowing before I went would have been more respectful of my time as I went on a lunch break, which is only one hour long. There is a sign on one of the service desks that says, "Stay Calm"...I can see why. The guy next to me was also heated. I used to have a Grand Cherokee 2019. It was beautiful. The computer could not be fixed so I was offered a new lease on a 2022 Grand Cherokee, Special Edition. It drives terrible, I truly hate it and miss my 2019. NO VENTED Seats and I was not aware of this when I leased the new one. I am looking to swap my lease out of this vehicle ASAP. The upon picking up my vehicle, we had to track down an employee as he was blocking me in, making me late for a meeting. More
