Good car prices, bad service dept I bought a few cars here when they were Warnock and after they became Neilsen. The sales prices are Ok on new cars, but the service deot is so-so. When I bought my minivan in 2013 they sold it to me, only for me to learn a day later it had a recall on it. You'd expect that to be checked BEFORE delivery to the client. They did rush it in and make good on the recall very fast. Overall, good sales experience. Except at closing, they had a guy who was rushing around, pushing things in front of me to sign and I noticed he added on a fee for etching windows. When I told him I didn't order etching he told me all Neilsen stock came etched, I grabbed the saleman who said that was not true and they were not etched by default, nor was this van. So the closing guy I felt was less than honest. Beyond that, I brought the van in for yet another recall and asked for an oil change too,. I got the bill- over 476 for an oil change! When I questioned it, they said I ordered a tire rotation and "27 point inspection". I told then I did not and they reduced the price to $46 (still pretty high for a regular non-synthetic oil and filter change). So the bottom line, OK prices but watch out for add ons at closing time on a sale and apparently during service as well. More

With winter weather descending, I decided I needed an AWD vehicle, and quickly. I came to Nielsen to look at a used car in the inventory. Even getting out of my car was intimidating to me. I was terrified to be taken advantage of, and had heard horror stories of slick car salesmen taking advantage of women car shopping solo. Luckily for me, I was helped by Rich Colazzo. At no time in my dealings with Rich did I ever feel like he wanted anything other than for me to find the perfect vehicle and to be completely happy and comfortable. Rich was polite without being sycophantic, knowledgeable without being patronizing, and just genuinely all-around spectacular at his job. He made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions (and there were a lot of them), and treated me with complete respect. In reflection, it is no surprise that I purchased a car from Rich. More
