I’m very disappointed with how this dealership has gone. When we first bought our car things were much better. You could get a loaner car if you needed it no matter how long they thought they would take to When we first bought our car things were much better. You could get a loaner car if you needed it no matter how long they thought they would take to complete yours. I feel like the curtesy has been lowered. The people are nice and the work is good, I just feel like they don’t care about my time. The service advisor was kind and attentive, but I had to wait 2 hours instead of taking care of my own stuff. I’m obviously frustrated. More
