I was new to the area, so I went to the local Ford dealer for a problem with my truck. I was told it needed a new transmission and cost would be $9200. I went to get a second opinion, turned out was just a f for a problem with my truck. I was told it needed a new transmission and cost would be $9200. I went to get a second opinion, turned out was just a faulty coil pack, less than a $500 part. I will never take my truck to this dealer and when time comes to get a new truck, I will not shop there either. More

They had to find out why my car wouldn't start and was blowing the starter fuse every time. Took 2 tries but they found part of the wire harness under the battery tray was shorting out. Fixed for reasonab blowing the starter fuse every time. Took 2 tries but they found part of the wire harness under the battery tray was shorting out. Fixed for reasonable price. They also came to my home and gave me a ride to the dealership. Roger is very good about explaining things to me and, when needed, showing me how to do things. More
