What an amazing asset at your dealership! She went above and beyond to help us find exactly the car that we wanted, tracking it down even in another state. The time and effort that she took to make us happy was unexpected and so appreciated! She found the sweet balance between communicating with us and giving us enough space and time to discuss things amongst ourselves. Shortly after purchasing my used certified 2019, F150 truck the engine started vibrating, cutting off and just having trouble with the engine. I took it in for repair under the warranty three times and w truck the engine started vibrating, cutting off and just having trouble with the engine. I took it in for repair under the warranty three times and was told nothing was wrong and that I was mistaken, no problems found. On the third visit the service manager talked down to me like a dog and told me I did not know what I was talking about. I use the truck for work, highway miles only and regular oil changes, so I suspect they knew my warranty was close to being over by the mileage count and then they could charge me to fix it. Shortly after the warranty expired the head broke off the valves and blew through the top of my piston (See pics). I contacted Ford they instructed me to contact the dealer, the dealer said contact Ford, so they are playing me as the xxxxxx in the middle. I've tried contacting the General Manager through personal contacts but no results. So, I'm airing their dirty laundry for all to see. This cost me an extra $7, 222 and i should be made whole. Be on guard if you buy from this dealer. The sales team was great (Joey) and I originally went there as they claim to take good care of disabled Vetrans, but I guess that was wrong. More

BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT: Make the trip, you won't be disappointed. We traveled 1.5 hours to get a vehicle and will do so again when we are in need of another. They are a family owned/operated dealership, and our experience felt like we were a part of that family. -------- Our experience with this dealership could not have been better or more seamless. We purchased a vehicle from them and from the moment that I called them, it reminded me of what the car purchasing experience should be. Open conversation, no push to come and test drive anything, just two guys talking on the phone. The vehicle we purchased was a certified pre-owned and we called ahead to verify that it was still on the lot and receive a transparent assessment of the vehicle's condition. We were luckily connected with Joey who was not pushy, verified that they still had the vehicle, and walked out to double check the condition inside and out. After chatting for a little bit, we arranged a test drive the following day. We traveled 1.5 hours to get to the dealership and the vehicle was exactly as described by Joey. Clean inside and out. I was blown away at the transparency through the whole process and everyone at the dealership's sales department was very accommodating. Joey answered all of my questions about vehicle, helped me with my trade in, and provided us education on how Ford's certification process works. Then I got paired with Eli who assisted with financing and answered all of my questions there. Lastly, we realized the next day that we forgot something in the vehicle that we traded. Joey personally saw that the item was collected and helped arrange a return for us. The service after sale has been a absolutely amazing! We have gotten complements left and right on how nice the vehicle is and we have made sure to tell everyone where we got it from. Could not be happier with Joey, Eli, and the whole team that we interacted with at Nick Nicholas Ford! We will make the 1.5 hour trip again for any future Ford purchases. More

It was nice not to get pushed to purchase the day I stopped in. I looked and drove 2 automobiles but it was better to step away and do research of my own.
