The test drive went great as well as the customer service. Donald O'Neal was very helpful, and we ended up purchasing the Civic that evening. We did have a concern about one of the seat belts, but Newnan Dodge was quick in helping us to solve that issue as well - with no hassle! It was a great buying and learning experience for my son. Stopped by to look at a Charger. I had been considering buying one for a while. I generally HATE the process and pressure involved in buying a car. However, Rodney, our sales specialist, was awesome and very knowledgeable about the products and all of the packages. I found him to be very honest, personalble, and friendly. The entire staff was great to work with and the atmosphere was friendly and not overpowering. I had a good expereince. The Manager was very nice and easy to talk to, I had a good feeling when speaking with both he and Rodney while negotiating the deal. I would definitely reccomend this dealership and Rodney to my friends and family! I asked for cards when I left to hand out. Great folks! More
