Undeserving Of The Forced One Star Rating, ZERO On 5/8/2018 came in for oil change and fuse changes. I notified Nikki on 5/8/2018 that the fuses replaced did not solve the issue. She did not reply accordingly and I chose not to return. I noticed my truck was leaking oil, I was not able to get it checked until my next off day. On 5/15/2018 I chose to have the truck serviced in Bremen, GA almost an hr away from the conveniently located Newnan dealership, but I knew I would received the Customer Care that I expected in Bremen. Upon inspection of my vehicle I was told that it was so messy and full of oil on the bottom side of the engine due to shoddy messy work performed on the oil change that I received at the Newnan location. I informed Nikki via text on 5/16/2018 included photo of receipt of my additional expense of $95.00 to have the bottom side of engine cleaned and informing her that I wanted to be reimbursed. If for some reason Nikki has deleted the receipt I can email/txt to someone in management. To date 5/20/2018, Nikki has not replied to my text. If this was outside of her realm she most definitely should have forwarded my complaint to management. I would think I would have heard from management by now. I can guess that management sets the tone of how to treat customers, in my experience as a customer; Nikki lacks Customer Service skills and should be trained by the professionals at the Bremen dealership where I along with my money matter. This correspondence serves as my formal request for reimbursement in the amount of $95.00.Thank you for giving this matter your immediate attention, I look forward to hearing from you.
