Awful, awful service department Worst experience ever with the service department. I bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee in March 2018. Within 2 days the navigation system on the car play/u Worst experience ever with the service department. I bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee in March 2018. Within 2 days the navigation system on the car play/u connect player started showing me in FL when I live and was traveling in Georgia. It also started confusing my iPhone with an iPod and wouldn't start CarPlay. I took it back to the dealership and they told me it needs a software update. I asked when the update was coming. They said they have no idea. How will I know if my car receives an update and it still doesn't work? They don't know. Here it is coming up on 6 months later. No software update that has changed my malfunctioning radio. No one knows when this mysterious update is to occur. They refuse to replace my radio. In addition, my car randomly stalls when slowing down and then hitting the gas. The dealership told me it was because I needed an oil change. They changed my oil, I picked up my car, 3 days later it stalled again. Took it back and they told me they would check the oil level. It was fine. They gave me my car back. So the stalling has not been corrected, they don't know why it's stalling, and frankly they don't care and just told me to come pick up the car. I'm pursuing the lemon law but there are several steps to go through and its time consuming. Please save yourself the headache and frustration....do not go to this dealership. Once you purchase a car from them and drive off the lot, they no longer care about your business. They already sold you the car, if it's not working right, it's not their problem. More

We also were looking for very specific and hard to find options on the new car that required a lot of research for Andrew. He managed to acquire the car from over 100 miles away to ensure my wife got exactly what she wanted, and my son ended up with a much better car than we thought we could afford to get him. Paid cash for the used car and financed the new car at a competitive rate of 4.5% through the dealer. Overall great experience. More

I cant say enough good things about the whole process, Above and beyond! Service department is Awful!. Oil changes and a recall. Getting In touch with them by phone to make appointment took about half an hour. Called 4 times, was put on hold several minutes each time and then got disconnected 3 . I address this to the Dealer Operator on the third call and when I called back the fourth time I told the her of my Frustration and I finally got someone. The Service people are friendly enough and I did get my services completed, just disappointed (there is a story) with of all my dealings with there Service Department.. More
Call and then get put on hold till X-mas Every time I have called this dealership the same old thing happens. You either can't get anyone to answer or they put you on hold and go to lunch. But when I went to buy the truck I was rushed by more than 5 guys. Maybe they should answer the phone and do other things to help out. I am writing this while still on hold. A guy name Travis picked up and was very nice, maybe he should run the dealership. All I will say is this if you need to buy a new car, Truck they will be on you like bees on honey but if you need service GOOD LUCK. More
First Experience with Service Dept. Only one complaint. I called to see if my van was ready. The young lady put me on hold and never returned. It took 4 phone calls over 1.5 hours to finally reach someone who said it was done. I left messages with my number but no return call came. Other than that episode, all went well and I would still recommend your facility. In looking at your review. No one "worked with me". I was asked to fill out a form and leave my keys on the clip board then the person left the area. My car was the last in line. Someone came out and moved all the cars ahead of me but left mine. While I waited for my ride a garbage truck drove up and was trying to get by, which it could not. I returned to the desk and asked for my keys so I could move my car, after doing so I returned them and left. Not sure why I went through the trouble of filling out an appointment form online, no one asked. It was not much trouble so this is not a complaint, just seemed odd. More
